Even though there are rumors claiming MBC’s We Got Married will stop airing, the production crew for the show are currently considering adding a new couple.
On April 12, a spokesperson for the show said, “The rumor is not true. We are actually discussing the addition of a new couple to the show to make it more enjoyable.”
The rumor had appeared when cable channel MBC Music’s Music and Lyrics was planned to air on April 14 instead of We Got Married due to the MBC strike.
Producer Kim Joon Hyun for the show said, “We are thinking about airing the show again when the strike is over. We haven’t heard anything from the company about stopping the show.”
